Crowdsourcing Solar Power & Renewable Energy Locations   

Solar Energy Maps is raising the awareness of the growing renewable energy locations around the World. Renewable energy (solar, wind, hydro, bio) locations are colored in yellow. We want to know where solar energy is being produced at solar farms, on top of roofs, buildings and solar canopy parking structures. Add new solar, wind and hydro locations directly to the map. It is our goal to raise the awareness about the impact solar and renewable energy can have on reducing our dependence on oil and gas. The map aims to provide a visual contrast of the fossil fuel and renewable energy production going on around us.
